I am planning on going on a trip this summer to an island or beach for vacation. I want to go somewhere with a good exchange rate, cheap rooms, cheap food but still very nice. I was thinking about Bali or mabye Rio de Janiero?

Does anyone know of any inexpensive vacation spots overseas? Any place with a good exchange rate? So far the only place Ive found is Thailand.
